Privacy Policy

1. General

The Privacy Policy is available to the public at all times so you may read the full text of the Privacy Policy on our website whenever you need or want to do so. We will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by posting an amended version or amendments to its website to notify you of changes.

2. Data provided by users upon registration - Only related to Facebook Instant Games

2.1. To use our Services, you may log-in through your Facebook account, Facebook messenger account. Through this process we may collect some or all of the following information:

• Your game-scoped ID
• Your user Facebook and/or Facebook messenger  user ID, which may be linked to publicly-available information such as your name and profile picture

2.2. We collect such information to create your game accounts and allow you to play our Games.

2.3. To manage the information we receive about you from a third-party application where you play our games, like Facebook, you will need to follow the instructions for the third-party application for updating your information and changing your privacy settings. 3. Information collected while users are playing our Games

3.1. Most of the information that we collect about you comes directly from you when you play our Games, or interact with advertising and other Services. In detail, depending on which of our Games you interact with, we may collect and process the following types of information with reasons described respectively:

• Details about how you use and interact with our games, advertising and other Services such as amount of time spent on particular game pages, game stage and the date/time of activity on our Games. For example, information about your last stage of the Games you played to help you start Game from the stage you finished last time from multiple devices you log-in  for seamless and synchronized user experience.  
• We store such information for 10 days at maximum.
• Your approximate location data which helps us understand your time-zone and preferred language. We use this data to provide you tailored service such as sending app-push at proper time based on time-zone information or setting your language preference automatically

3.2. During every visit of our Service, information about your IP address, access-provider, referring URL, date/time, browser type and version and operating system, amount and state of transferred data is stored in the web server log files. We use such log data without any other personal or pseudonymous profiling as required by law only for the purpose of the operation, security and optimization of our servers.

4. Push notifications (Facebook Game Bots)

4.1. We enable users to obtain information about our Service and its contents through messages that are shown by their browses through Facebook Game Bots (so called “push notifications”).

4.2 The push notifications are set up with the users’ consent and the users’ browser must support such push notifications. In order to be able to display push notifications, we are required to store an identifying feature of the browser, user’s messenger ID, user’s locale, timezone, information about users’ friends.

4.3. Users may object to the further use of our push notifications at any time by disabling the function in their browser settings.

5. Information collected from Third-party when placing Advertisement

5.1. Our Games may include advertising for third party products and services. Unless you opt-out of interest-based advertising, we and our advertising partners (collectively “ Third-party Ad Providers”) will use tracking technologies such as browser cookies, pixel-tags or web beacons to collect information about you to improve advertising, targeting and measurement systems so that we can show you relevant third-party ads in our Games.

5.2. The following information may be collected by Third-party Ad Providers or shared with Third-party Ad Providers by us:

• Performance data (such as number of pageviews and impressions)
• Aggregated and/or de-identified information about you and other players collectively that is not intended to specifically identify you
• Certain technical information including IP addresses, non-persistent device identifiers such as IDFAs, and de-identified persistent device identifiers such as a hashed Android ID
• Your social network ID
• And other contextual data about your game play such as your level

5.3. The information collected may be used to:

• measure how effective ads are, to offer you targeted advertising in order to personalize your experience by showing you advertisements for products and services that are more likely to appeal to you (a practice known as behavioral advertising), and/or
• undertake web analytics (like Google Analytics which is used to analyze traffic and other player activity to improve your experience)

6. Users’ Right

You have certain rights in connection with your personal information and how we handle it. You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting us via any of the methods set out in the Contact Us section below.

Those rights include:

• Right of access. You have a right to know what information we hold about you and in some cases to have the information communicated to you. If you wish to exercise this right please contact us letting us know that you wish to exercise your right of access and what information in particular you would like to receive. We reserve the right to ask for reasonable evidence to verify your identity before we provide you with any information. Please note that we may not be able to provide all the information you ask for, for instance if the information includes personal information about another person. Where we are not able to provide you with information that you have asked for, we will endeavour to tell you why. We will try to respond to any request for a right of access as soon as possible, but we will always do so within 1 month of receipt of your request and verification of your identity.
• Right to correct personal information. We try to keep the information that we hold about you accurate and up to date. Should you realise that any of the information that we hold about you is incorrect, please let us know and we will correct it as soon as we can.
• Data deletion. You have a right to ask to delete your personal information that we hold about you and your playing our Games. Please note that in order to delete data collected by Facebook through Pixel-tags, you should separately change your settings of your Facebook messenger and/or Facebook account. In some instances, personal information about you that is visible through gameplay such as username, your high scores and any chat messages may be cached on other players’ Facebook messenger / Facebook account and we are not be able to remove or update that data from those.
• Data portability. In some circumstances, you may have the right to request that data which you have provided to us is provided to you, so you can transfer this to another data controller.
• Restriction of processing. In some cases, you may have the right to request a restriction of the processing of your personal data, such as when you are disputing the accuracy of your data held by us.
• Right to object. You have the right to object to the processing of personal data about you which is processed on the grounds of legitimate interests.

7. Person in charge of protection of information

In order to protect information and handle their complaints related to the BlaBla use of information, the BlaBla designates the relevant department and Personal Information Management Officer as below. If you have any complaints in regards to personal information while using the service, please report it to the Personal Information Management Officer, we will review your complaint. Our privacy team will look into your complaint and provide a response. You will need to provide sufficient information for us to evaluate your complaint and we may ask you to provide additional information as a condition of evaluating your complaint.
